There is no auction. You cannot skip the queue by paying more. The next open slot is yours.

Earlier slots get more guaranteed time per dollar.
Founding 10: $1 = 10 minutes. Then 5 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute, and 30 seconds from #1,001 on. The rate is locked to the slot number at purchase, and one slot tops out at two hours however much you spend.

More dollars buy proportionally more guaranteed time.
At $1 = 1 minute, $5 buys 5 minutes. Money buys duration, never priority.

Slots run first come, first served.
When the live slot finishes its guarantee, the next queued slot starts automatically.

When guaranteed time ends, you stay live for free until the next advertiser.
That’s overtime. It can last seconds or days. A $1 slot once stayed up for 17 hours.

Every completed slot remains permanently visible.
